The General Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government has issued the Industrial Development Plan for China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone (2018-2020) on March 23, 2018.

According to the industrial development plan, China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone will give priority to developing seven major industrial clusters, i.e., advanced manufacturing, modern logistics, international commerce and trade, financial services, professional services, information services and cultural tourism, as well as the concentration of the headquarters industry and emerging industries, based on the development foundation and location conditions.
