The Special Management Measures (Negative List) for Foreign Investment Access in Pilot Free Trade Zones (Version 2019) has been approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and now it is hereby issued. The Special Management Measures (Negative List) for Foreign Investment Access in Pilot Free Trade Zones (Version 2019) shall start to be implemented on July 30, 2019 and the Special Management Measures (Negative List) for Foreign Investment Access in Pilot Free Trade Zones (Version 2018) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on June 30, 2018 shall be abolished at the same time.
