On this drama festival, the historical play named Reviewing Wangjiatuo will be the most highly-anticipated one.  This drama features whole immersing performance and yard-based scenery in the Wang Family Courtyard on the old street. Furthermore, it also presents the eternal love between Cao Yuehua, a gifted fellow from Fudan University, and Wang Deyi, the eldest daughter of the Wang family in the Battle of Myitkyina on the boundary of China and Myanmar in the 1940s.

On June 7, Reviewing Wangjiatuo will debut on the opening ceremony of the drama festival. Afterward, visitors can enjoy this drama on a daily basis on Danzishi Old Street.
