In mid-September this year, the Chongqing Compal Smart Device Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Compal) started the trial production of the first phase of the self-built plant project in the Bonded Port Area. The First “Thermal Heat Induction” Mobile Phone in the World

“The first thermal sensor camera phone, launched by the leading mechanical company Caterpillar, comes from Chongqing!” a staff said. As the sole foundry of Caterpillar mobile phones, the staff presented the smartphones assembled and produced at the factory.

According to the Compal principle, this phone is a standard mobile phone with three functions – “slightly dust-proof, shockproof, waterproof”. Meanwhile, the phone is also equipped with an infrared detection function. The application of this technology is to transform the invisible infrared energy emitted by the object into visible thermal images. Besides, this measures the target temperature through the infrared transmitter and finally presents it on the display screen.

A Mobile Phone for Blinds to Enjoy Their Smart Lives
