Chongqing - During this COVID-19 epidemic, thousands of ex-pats in Chongqing are performing self-quarantine at home. How do they handle the difficulties of this challenging time? Are they safe, and do they have enough support from the government and local communities? In this series ‘Living with COVID-19, iChongqing will reach out to them online and share their stories.

Today, we talked with Pablo from Argentina, a representative of Argentinean in China Association Chongqing Branch. Pablo shared detail on how the Argentinean community around China feels about the epidemic and what assistance ex-pats like him have received.  He also talked about the changes in how he buys daily stuff and carries out work.

During the interview, Pablo shared with us an encouragement video from the Argentinean in China Association - 'China Is also My Home', in which many Argentineans send messages of encouragement to support China during the epidemic.

"Many of us are working, studying, doing business here. China, for us, is our home. During this time, we can see how each person is really dedicated to handling the situation. We appreciate these so much," said Pablo.
