The online Smart City Management 4.0 system has more accurate and enhanced IntelliSense, said Zeng Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China Jiangbei District Committee and the Party Group of People's Government of Jiangbei.

For example, by deploying the supervision system components on IoT IntelliSense, all-weather and real-time monitoring can be carried out on more than 20,000 key points and areas.

This includes the displacement and inclination of well cover, water level and flow overruns, tree tilting, single light control of street lights, monitoring of dangerous sources, and bridge and tunnel slope. This is to realize the IntelliSense of "invisible" problems and significantly improve the intelligence of off-site supervision of urban management.

In addition, Smart City Management 4.0 system makes collaborative management more efficient.

For example, the Smart City Operations Management Center of Jiangbei District, the first smart city operation and management entity in Chongqing, integrates and shares more than 20,000 channels of video resources from various industries such as public security, housing, and infrastructure, forest fire-prevention, and river chief system.

Meanwhile, the Smart City Management 4.0 system establishes the city's first fined management standard for smart city governance, incorporating social governance, safety production, civilized urban areas, public services, and other areas into the scope of comprehensive urban governance. It forms a "cross-level, cross-regional, cross-system, cross-department, cross-business" management model.

Automatic navigation of public toilet

In terms of serving the public, based on big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other informational means, Smart City Management 4.0 achieves real-time online monitoring of the city's public components and facilities and intelligent warning.

At the same time, the WeChat account "Jiangbei People's City Management" has been upgraded to enable inquiries and automatic navigation of public toilets, parking lots, parks, street seats, and other services and facilities, making the life of the public more convenient.

Lei Xudong, deputy director of Chongqing Urban Administration Bureau, introduced that in recent years, Chongqing has fully exploited the potential of modern information technology in urban management, such as the Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing. The city has continuously promoted upgrading digital urban management to intelligent urban management.

Lei said, next, Chongqing will promote the smart management and control of urban lifeline, municipal infrastructure, high-rise and old buildings, densely populated places, urban traffic operation, urban ecological environment, and urban disaster prevention and reduction to improve the monitoring and early warning level of urban safety, and complete the pilot task.
