Terms and conditions of the free city tour/accommodation service

1. International flight passengers with departure time between 06:00 to 13:00 (excluding) can choose one of the following services for free:

(1). Free layover city tour/accommodation service (for group passengers only)
It includes the city tour to Yuzhong District (Downtown Chongqing), accommodation in 3-star-hotel, and round-trip pick-up service between the Airport and Yuzhong District.

(2). Free accommodation service
It includes a one-night free accommodation (one bed per person) in the Airport Hotel (or a similar business hotel nearby) and round-trip pick-up service between the Airport and the hotel.

2. International flight passengers with arrival time between 23:00 (excluding) to 02:00 (excluding) of the following day can choose one of the following services for free:

(1). Free layover city tour/accommodation service (for group passengers only)
It includes the city tour to Yuzhong District (Downtown Chongqing), accommodation in 3-star-hotel, and round-trip pick-up service between the Airport and Yuzhong District.

(2). Free accommodation service
It includes a one-night free accommodation (one bed per person) in the Airport Hotel (or a similar business hotel nearby) and round-trip pick-up service between the Airport and the hotel.

Reminders

1. You shall reserve the free accommodation service via your travel agency or ticket agent on www.cqa.cn before 18:00 of the previous day of check-in. Upon approval by the Airport, you can enjoy the free service.

2. Passengers of early flights (06:00-13:00) who have reserved the accommodation service should arrive at the Customer Service Center opposite Gate 5 of Domestic Departure Hall before 23:00 on the check-in day, and get your free accommodation ticket upon presenting your valid passport. If you fail to travel on time due to any reason, the reservation cannot be kept or changed.

3. Passengers of night flights (23:00-02:00) who have reserved the accommodation service should arrive at the Customer Service Counter of Chongqingfei (重庆飞 in Chinese) inside the airport before 24:00 on the check-in day, and get your free accommodation ticket upon presenting your valid passport. If the arrival time is later than 24:00, please contact the Customer Service Center in advance.

4. Passengers who arrive after 23:00 at the Airport due to delayed flights are not qualified for the free accommodation service for night flight (23:00-02:00).

5. Passengers, whose scheduled arrival time is between 23:00 and 02:00 (+1), arrive after 06:00 (+1) at the Airport due to delay are not qualified for the free accommodation service for night flight (23:00-02:00).
